Kinzoku specialises in custom metal prints produced using photographs, artwork and other customer-provided images.
Because every order is customised, slight differences in colour, brightness or image appearance may occur due to monitor settings, printing processes and material characteristics.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate order information.
- Uploading high-quality images whenever possible.
- Ensuring they own or have permission to use submitted images.
- Reviewing order details before confirming payment.
4. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their own photographs and artwork.
By submitting images to Kinzoku, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use those images for printing.
Kinzoku reserves the right to reject orders containing unlawful, offensive or copyright-infringing material.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change without prior notice.
6. Payment
Orders will only proceed after successful payment confirmation.
Payments are processed using secure payment providers available on our website.
7. Production Time
Production normally begins after:
- Payment is confirmed.
- Required images are received.
- Order information is complete.
Estimated production time is generally within 3 working days, excluding delivery time.
8. Shipping
Delivery time depends on the courier service and destination.
Kinzoku is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
9. Returns & Refunds
As our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
