What image quality is best for metal printing?
A clear, high-resolution original image generally provides the best printing result.
Can I use a photo taken with my phone?
Yes. Photos taken with modern smartphones can produce excellent results, especially when the original image file is provided.
Can I use a screenshot or photo downloaded from social media?
You can, but screenshots and images downloaded from social media may have reduced image quality. Whenever possible, we recommend sending the original image file.
Can Kinzoku check my photo quality before printing?
Yes. If you are unsure about your image quality, you can send it to us for checking before printing.
Will the printed colours look exactly the same as my phone screen?
Colours may vary slightly between screens and the final printed product because different devices display colours differently. The characteristics of the printing process and material can also affect the final appearance.

How long does it take to prepare my order?
Kinzoku Metal Prints are generally ready within 3 days, subject to order volume, image confirmation and other production requirements.
When does production begin?
Production can begin after your order, payment and required image or artwork have been successfully received and confirmed.
Can I change my photo after production has started?
Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible. Please ensure that you submit the correct image and confirm all necessary details before production begins.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Yes. Delivery options will be available according to the shipping methods supported during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service. Shipping time is separate from Kinzoku’s production time.
